ILB Computing has a support team available to help our clients solve issues through quality customer service. We want our customers to know that they have a support system designed to take the worry and pain of managing an IT system away.
We do this by:
1. Ensuring that calls never go unanswered. To that effect we have set up a dedicated 1300 number for our clients to log any issues. Priority status is assigned to calls, so the relevant representative can be contacted, emailed or paged immediately for urgent problems.
2. Implementing a monitoring systems. At the first sign that there might be an issue, our staff are notified immediately and morning, day or night, can action any issues which arise even before they are noticed by the client.
3. Task Management System. Clients can access the helpdesk system via the internet to monitor any current tasks or add new tasks, as well as a means to helping clients reconcile their costs.
